About the Artist

Deborah Powell

Deborah is an Abstract Artist from Amaranth, Ontario. With no art background and inspired by others, she went from 'Dining Room Table to Gallery Walls' in under a year. Her love of nature, animals, scuba diving and gardening contributes to her use of bold colours, relaxing and flowing movement and diverse techniques. Painting from her heart and soul, she feels much joy, contentment and exhilaration. Mindful of how others are looking for 'me time' and a place to unwind, Deborah shares Acrylic Pouring in private and group sessions that leaves one wanting to do more. This is where paint to canvas has become an incredible unexpected journey and for all she shares it with.
